Toilet sludge build-up

We all use water which means it must go somewhere. Water we use comes out from a faucet and goes down a drain line. Besides water going down other unknown debris at times sneaks down the drain line as well. Be careful with what goes down your pipes or clogged pipes like below in the picture will happen.
